Castro Rejects Hijack Accord Without Full Embargo Lift

Senator McGovern reports Fidel Castro will not extend the 1973 anti hijacking pact unless the United States fully lifts the 1962 Cuban embargo. He met Castro in Havana and says a Cuban basketball team will visit the United States in November with State Department blessing.
