Tyrone Pays Tribute to Joseph Dysart Esteemed Citizen
Joseph Dysart 60, a lifelong Tyrone resident died at his North Logan street home after a New Year illness from typhoid fever and heart failure. Born in 1880 in Londonderry Ireland he worked in hardware in Philadelphia and later served Tyrone as a watchman and family man. Survived by wife, eight children, a sister, and several grandchildren, he was active in church and fraternal orders. Funeral services were held at his home with Rev. Davies officiating. interment in Tyrone cemetery.
