Pinochle party hosts and guests in area society notes

A pinochle party hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Charles Adams featured guests including Mrs. Stocklager of California visiting sister Mrs. Jo Wo Porter. Prizes went to Al and Mrs. J. W. Porter for high score. Stocklager received a guest prize. Luncheon at Justamente Inn showcased rose decorations and centers, followed by bridge won by Mrs. B. H. Stowell. Household social events continued with Episcopal Guild and other gatherings noted, including a dinner hosted by Miss Rose Daly in yellow decor and house guest Miss Lucile Cleveland from Alberta, Canada.
