Washington December 4 The Supreme Court today upheld the conviction and sentences against Amel McKelvey Charles Warren Eds Bates Ethitot Donalue and Rudolph Lehman who took part in a 1920 sheep men gunfight in Idaho They allegedly tried to head off rival sheep men from driving a flock across a strip of public grazing lands The men were indicted under an old federal law not enforced for 85 years and which they contended was invalid
