Tripp 5 year old Burley boy dies of flu pneumonia
Lawaln Melvin Tripp five year old son of Mr and Mrs Melvin R Tripp died Saturday at noon from flu pneumonia. Funeral services set for Tuesday at noon at Starrs Ferry L D church with Bishop Tilly. Cordell reports seventeen thousand dollars in auto licenses sold by April 1 about sixty to sixty five percent of cars in Cassia county have licenses yet to apply. The license money will cover licenses for between 950 and 975 cars. Ladies Night at Methodist church concluded a church contest with women beating men in performances. Proceeds from the supper on April 16 will go to church expenses and debt payoff. About 600 attended each show, men earning 131 dollars and women 125 dollars.
