Rousing Meeting at Alexandra Hall for Liberal Candidate
A large audience gathered at Alexandra Hall on Wednesday night to hear Liberal candidate Mr. K. M. Brown. Chair Henry Spencer introduced a Gramophone speech by Sir R. A. Squires, praising Grand Falls Humber and a Gander deal if the party wins. Brown outlined reasons for his candidacy and criticized the Monroe administration's spending and broken promises from 1924.
