Zov Karamardian expands Tustin food empire in 1980s venture
Zov Karamardian borrowed 73000 from her mother to open a 1200 square foot takeout shop in Tustin selling Mediterranean influenced pasta salads sandwiches and soups. The venture evolved into Zov's Bistro bakery and a new marketplace next to the cafe offering desserts coffee grab and go meals and imported ingredients as she builds a multi restaurant brand in Orange County.
