Tustin sex offender ordinance applies to post enactment convicts
City spokeswoman Lisa Woolery said the Tustin ordinance covers sex offenders convicted after the ordinance was enacted and restricts where they can live or visit. It was approved in January and amended in February. Current offenders won’t be forced to move, but any future housing must comply. Existing Jessica's Law cases may be handled case by case by the city attorney.
