Praise Chapel Tustin Faces Permit Hurdle and Rebuilds Hope
The Praise Chapel Tustin church recalls its move from shared space to a ground floor sanctuary on First Street at Pacific Street after a landlord change in 2007. Planning Commission approved a permit for 94 seats, with space for foyer, rest rooms, and office. The congregation seeks to resume services by March while planning medical carnivals and light of the world outreach. Dennis Montgomery envisions a scalable model of buying vacant buildings, securing permits, and leasing to churches at fair rates as a kingdom-building plan.
