Tustin approves two hotel and shopping center projects
Regency Centers will develop a 185,000 square foot grocery anchored shopping center at Kensington Park Dr and Edinger, with 100,000 square feet of retail and a 45,000 square foot medical office. R D Olson Development breaks ground on the Tustin Pacific Center, featuring two four story hotels, a 149 room Residence Inn and a 145 room Fairfield Inn, forming a 60 million project near Edinger Avenue and the 55 freeway. The two ventures add almost 400,000 square feet of commercial space on Tustin’s south side, with shared meeting space and business traveler amenities.
