Derek Padmore was found not guilty of causing unnecessary suffering by swallowing a live frog in a pub in Market Drayton England. Reporter Frank Fuller witnessed Padmore remove the frog from a can, drink beer, swallow the frog, and wash it down with more beer.
Tass reports Luna 23 completed a limited set of experiments after a heavy landing damaged the soil scoop. Launched Oct 23, it touched down in the Sea of Crisis region, but rough terrain prevented sample collection and the fate of other instruments was not disclosed.
