KUAT TV Filming Color Version of Alice Ballet
KUAT TV crews video tap nightly in a new color equipped studio for Tucson Civic Ballet productions of Alice in Wonderland and Through The Looking Glass. The shoot, overseen by Richard Holden and KUAT producer Terry Shure, showcases a nearly $1 million gear setup and the stage crews and dancers preparing for fall color broadcasts. The university aims to broadcast in color this fall after Mt. Lemmon construction delays and a $545 000 Educational Television Facilities Act grant. The finished videotape will go to National Educational Television for national distribution.

Woman Sues Over Debris Injury At Tucson House
Florence J. Craig sues for 185000 alleging debris fell from the 16th floor of the Tucson House at 1501 Miracle Mile. She names Tucson House, Tucson Title Insurance Co. as receiver Thomas Burt McGuire, owner Raymond Schiff and his wife, tenant Robert Buettner, and unnamed employees. Attorney says Buettner caused the debris to fall or be pushed from the building. The building has been in receivership since 1966 under FHA mortgage foreclosure.
