Probation Revoked for Papago Reservation Liquor Case
Lawrence P. Herkshan, 23, of 913 N Hoff Ave, must serve one year in a federal prison camp for selling liquor on the Papago Reservation. His two years probation was revoked by Judge James A Walsh after driving with a suspended license. His wife is expecting their fifth child. Flor ence Galvez, 44, of Sells, pleaded guilty to liquor selling on the reservation and received two years probation. Floyd F Fisher, 22, of San Pablo California, was sentenced to five years for escaping from the Mt Lemmon prison camp where he served a sentence for interstate transportation of a stolen car.
