Smallest ARA Loan Aids Mosaic Stone Work Start
The Area Redevelopment Administration grants its smallest industrial loan, $1,365 to Robert L. Horn of Sterling Kansas to launch a mosaic stone business using lime stone and cement. It will create one direct and two part time jobs with $420 from a local bank $210 from Rice County Industrial Development Commission and $105 from Horn.
