One Flier Unaccounted For In Park Crash
Four airmen were aboard a B47 that crashed near Yellowstone’s Old Faithful during a mid air collision while refueling at 25000 feet. Captain Frank G. Zumba and Staff Sergeant Lawrence E. Harrison were found dead. Captain Bruce A. Chapman survived after parachuting to safety. Navigator Lorin B. Matthew remains missing as crews search rugged terrain and wreckage near Idaho Falls.
