Storm paralyzes northeast annexation foes letter fire

He argued the $1 75 per 100 value city tax rise is offset by reductions in Sanitary District library and fire district taxes leaving a net about six cents more, with added benefits like garbage collection police protection and water rate relief within a year. First Major Telescope Installed At Kitt Peak Observatory
