Council OKs sewer plan budget and rezoning review
City Council tentatively approves a 30.48 million five year sewer improvement program and a 125.5 million budget for 1973 74. The panel directs study on financing and administration with a single metropolitan sewer authority and reviews rezoning on individual bases to prevent sewer overburdening.
