Officers Describe Capture of Ray Brown After Siege
Deputy Estrella testified Brown refused to surrender after being served with a simple battery warrant. Eight officers used tear gas and a gas gun as Brown fired at them through a screen door. He fled into outbuildings, was cornered at a bunk house, and arrested. a loaded shotgun was found. The case moves to the superior court for felony obstruction and battery matters.
