Water Utility Applications To Be Heard In Arizona
The Arizona Corporation Commission will hear several water service applications Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the State Office Building. Metopolitan Water Co seeks to serve an area west of Roller Coaster Road. Farmers Water Co wants to transfer part of its area to Tucson Green Valley Development Co. Catalina Foothills Estates seeks to extend its water certificate north of Prince Road near Tucson Boulevard and east of 1st Avenue north of River Road. Oracle Foothills Estates Water Co proposes transferring its certificate to Copeland Construction, Inc. Lago Del Oro Water Co asks to extend its area in Pima and Pinal counties east of Florence Highway.
