Doomed Warehouse Case Lingers On Arizona High Court Appeal
A long running civil dispute centers on the Arizona Moving & Storage Co. warehouse at 1039 N. Alamo St. Residents claim deed restrictions limit use to residential. The Superior Court ordered demolition in 1959, later altered to conform, with the case now in the Arizona Supreme Court and possibly renewed hearings.
