Leverett Davis of Cochise County sues Raymond E Harden in Superior Court seeking 100000 damages. The mining engineer asserts Harden libeled him in a letter to Dr Whicher of Amarillo Texas, calling the charges false untrue and malicious.

Ten Year Old Girl Surrenders After Bank Mail Theft
In Houston Baytown incident Cynthia Ann Gilbert, 10, admitted taking about 250 bank mail envelopes from a post office box. The yellow envelopes contained deposited funds including a $30,000 Humble Oil check. most were dumped or bulldozed as police recovered all but four envelopes.

Registration for more than 2,000 delegates begins today for the Arizona American Legion convention. Commander C. V.
