Truman Urged To Support Copper Import Legislation

Faces Murder Charge In Bisbee Strangling Case

Dysentery Fatal To 11 Phoenix Infants
Phoenix medical authorities say an unknown dysentery killed 11 infants in the Phoenix area over the past week. Dr. Carl A. Holmes cites unsanitary conditions and inadequate nutrition as factors while noting no germs were found and suggesting a possible virus. Typhoid cases remain few.
