Utah approves bonds for state construction projects
Utah authorized 67 million dollars in bonds to fund post high school construction and state park acquisitions. Morgan Guaranty led a pool of 75 bidders with a 2.91975 percent rate, financing at 4 percent minimum until needed, despite fears of higher bids due to volatile markets.
