Zoners Reject Four Petitions In Tucson Rezoning Round
The City Planning and Zoning Commission recommended rejecting four of five rezoning requests yesterday and set two new districts. Mrs. Florence Favargue's petition to change one lot at 6760 Andrea Doria Dr from residence to business was urged to Council approval only if a 75 percent majority favors it due to opposition from nearby property owners.
