Cycle Truck Hit Leaves Airman Injured at Davis-Monthan
A 2-year-old Davis-Monthan Air Force Base airman is in fair condition at the base hospital after his motorcycle collided with a pickup at the corner of 7th Ave and W 20th St. Airman Charles Brown of the 803rd Combat Support Group was eastbound on 20th when his cycle struck a northbound truck driven by Ramon Martinez of Osborne Ave. Brown suffered a compound fracture of the right leg and was thrown about 20 feet. No citations were issued at the scene.
