City calls bids for pond, park courts, and comfort station
The city seeks bids for an oxidation pond at the sewage plant northwest of town, plus tennis and multiple use courts and a comfort station in Palo Verde Park. Bid openings are 4 p.m. on June 22 for the courts, 4 p.m. on June 24 for the pond, with the comfort station bids opened at 4 p.m. on an unspecified date. A separate note reports a thief stole a shotgun from a police car at the Reno station.
