Paper Wins Ruling In Mast Case
Prescott Superior Court Judge Jack Ogg dismissed a contempt citation against the Prescott Evening Courier over its coverage of the two murder trials of C. Lee Mast of Tucson. Palmer sought broader evidence, but the motion was denied. Mast’s trials in Prescott ended in hung juries. a third trial was slated after the state denied a change of venue.
