Car-Chase Suspect Held In Burglary
James H. Ross Jr. 18 was ordered held to answer to Superior Court on a first degree burglary charge after a 125 mile per hour chase. He allegedly broke into a parked car at the Tucson Inn and stole clothing worth several hundred dollars. Three other youths, believed to be in a stolen Thunderbird, were held by county juvenile authorities after a crash during pursuit. a shot was fired at the officer.

Helicopter Used As Ambulance From Fort Huachuca
A Ft Huachuca woman, 50 year old Katherine Taylor, was flown by helicopter to Tucson Medical Center for gall bladder infection and reported in satisfactory condition. This marked the second such helicopter flight within a week from the same military installation.
