Insurance Man Fined 10000 In San Diego Case
John C. Dunn a 40 year old president of Continental Fidelity Life Insurance Co was fined 10000 and placed on five years probation after a jury convicted him of conspiring to obtain military medical records to solicit life insurance from families of recruits at the San Diego Naval Training Center and the Marine Corps Recruit Depot Six others involved in the conspiracy have pleaded guilty and await sentencing
