Murderer Edgar Smith Sentenced to Death in Slaying
Hackensack New Jersey Edgar Smith a 23 year old ex Marine was sentenced to die in the electric chair for the bludgeon murder of 15 year old Victoria Zielinski in a Mahwah gravel pit. Bergen County Judge Arthur J O'Dea set the week of July 15 for execution and the case goes to the state supreme court for automatic review. Electrician B burned by touching live wires at Arizona Land Title
Donald Roussard, age 20, of 2308 N Richey Blvd, sustained first and second degree burns to the face, left arm, and left hand after two charged wires touched on the seventh floor in the power shaft of the Arizona Land Title building. He was taken to St. Mary's Hospital where doctors reported the burns as extremely painful but his condition as good.
