Fallout From Second Atomic Test at Nevada Site
AEC reports three air masses will bring only minor fallout beyond the test site. The second A-bomb test produced a brief flash and a small round cloud, estimated under five kilotons. Gamma and neutron radiation effects were tested on animals as the cloud rose to 20,000 feet and drifted northwest. The next blast is tentatively set for Tuesday morning.
