Man Cited After Collision With Fire Engine
John James Weekland, 20, was cited for failure to yield and destruction of city property after his car collided with a fire engine at 22nd Street and Alvernon Way. No one was injured. The engine, on an emergency run with lights and siren, paused for a red light before moving. Weekland’s car, traveling west, struck the rear of the engine, causing about $50 damage to the rig and $500 to his vehicle. Weekland resides at 7051 Calle Orion.

Fortune Tellers Face City Court for Licenses
