Adultery Suit Claims Artificial Insemination

New York physician Dr. John M. Prutting seeks a divorce on grounds that his wife Kate used artificial insemination without consent. A private jury trial was ordered to decide if insemination constitutes adultery and whether cruelty warrants separation. The couple, married in 1961, live separately near Fifth Avenue. Prutting claims sterility from radiation exposure.

Four Gis Killed In Viet Nam Accident Near Saigon

A U S Army weapons carrier overturned and burned nine miles east of Bien Hoa, about 15 miles northeast of Saigon, killing four American servicemen. A U S spokesman confirmed the incident and described the vehicle as a full tracked carrier with twin 40 mm guns.
