Tax reform hearings hear charity groups on deductions

Dean Charles E. Ares of the University of Arizona College of Law urged a program where students assist legislators in drafting clearer laws. He noted only six lawyers in the legislature and said advance legal research could reduce post passage court interpretations. Students already help inmates at Florence Prison with appeals and writs, reviewed by a panel before filing.
