New York Officials Offer Master Plan
The City Planning Commission approved a 300000 word master plan to make the city livable and lift 300000 residents into a new middle class. The Times says six volumes will publish next summer with a $50 billion, 10 year program funded mainly by federal aid. Markets Scarce For '69 Cotton Crop Headline
The Agriculture Department warns U S cotton producers face tighter markets at home and abroad for the current season.
