City Council Sets Hearing On Building Code Adoption
The council will hold a public hearing March 22 to adopt the 1964 Uniform Building Code and the 1963 American Concrete Institute Standard for Reinforced Concrete as part of the City Code. Copies are available from the city clerk. The meeting also approved vacating streets for District 1 high school plans, rejected an initiative petition number request, and took under advisement a zoning request from Dove Land & Development Co.
