Lineman Falls 30 Feet, Injured in Pole Accident
Wesley Relitz, 32, a lineman for Tucson Gas & Electric, fell 30 feet from a power line pole in Flecha Caida Estates yesterday. He fractured his left leg and left wrist and is listed in satisfactory condition at Tucson Medical Center today.

Dope Count Commits Jazz Star Baker
West Berlin court acquitted American jazz trumpeter Chet Baker of narcotics charges but ordered him to remain indefinitely in a sanitarium. He was arrested January 22 after arriving for a three week engagement and had allegedly obtained prescriptions from six doctors. The court ruled acquittal under German law since he was under narcotics influence when offenses occurred. Witnesses said he injected 30 morphine doses the day of his arrest. Baker has faced narcotics arrests in several West European countries.
