Fairchild of Rodeo New Mexico 55 was charged with failing to declare 7000 in opal and turquoise gems found after crossing the Mexico border at Douglas He is wanted in Pima County on auto theft charges and a forgery complaint is filed in Cochise County He faces up to five years in prison and a 10000 fine and is held on 25000 bond.

Dog bitten woman wins suit in Tucson area
