President Eisenhower will send Congress a special message next week on peacetime atomic energy use by private industry in the United States and on sharing certain atomic information with allies.

They join 200 ground technicians to service U.S.-built aircraft and train local mechanics at Catbi air base near Hanoi while French forces strike Communist rebels threatening Luang Prabang in Laos.
Arizona House moves through a productive five days approving 38 bills while the Senate took four days with limited action. Key items include HB 1 income tax provisions, HB 80 and HB 81 merit based state employee classifications, HCR 17 liquor sales to Indians, and HB 48 ham radio operator license plates. Authorities said they have found no new trace of William Andrew Oiler, sought for negligent homicide in the traffic death of 55 year old Dewy Belle McAnally of Bonham Texas. County Atty. Morris Udall would seek extradition if Oiler is found outside Arizona. Negligent homicide is a misdemeanor with up to one year in jail. Unclear where Osler left the hospital after the Jan. 30 accident.
In a heated pre campaign scene lawmakers spar over communist links and the next Congress. Senator George urged restraint while Jenner and McCormack fired back. Dirksen and McKeldin condemned extremism as Nixon warned against indiscriminate attacks and urged a Republican win in November.
Arizona Governor Howard Pyle told 360 Pasadena Republican guests that both parties should adhere to Lincoln and Jefferson principles. He praised Eisenhower as aligned with Lincoln's ideals and urged Republicans and Democrats to stay true to these core standards.

An $81 800 damage suit has been filed in superior court by Henry B McAnally against William A Osler over the alleged wrongful death of McAnallys wife Mrs McAnally died Feb 9 from injuries suffered when the car she rode in was struck by Oslers car on Jan 30 1954 at East 18th Street and South Fifth Avenue
A 32 year old mechanic was being examined for slight injuries when police prepared to arrest him on a drunken driving charge. He has two prior Pima county convictions, in 1951 for aggravated battery and in 1950 for driving under the influence of alcohol.
