Baby Locked in Car Overnight While Parents Jailed

Tucson moonwatchers expect the Explorer satellite to be visible tonight around 7 10 p m if skies are clear. The sighting may be best with binoculars and will move from west southwest to south southwest at about 45 degrees above the horizon for one to three minutes.
