Cancer Included Board Approves 7 Fund Drives
Tucson Fund Raising Review Board approved seven fund drives led by the American Cancer Society with a $67,000 goal for April 1 to 30 to support research education and patient services. Other approvals include City of Hope $10,000 May 2 to 9 and Guide Dogs for the Blind March mail solicitations with a $3,700 goal. Proceeds fund cancer and related disease research and care, child welfare and veteran rehabilitation, and services for the handicapped.
