Phoenix AP State Parks Board approves 316000 allocation for a proposed Tonto Natural Bridge park near Payson as part of a 1038995 budget. Arizona total employment at mid July rose 4 percent from a year earlier reaching 529 200 with an increase of 19 000. Nonfarm wage and salary employment rose to 466 000 while agricultural jobs fell by 5 200 to 35 900. Unemployment stood at 22 000 or 3 7 percent of the labor force, down 1 500 from the prior month in line with the national rate.
