C B Richards president of the Tucson Cowboys announced at a special meeting he is through immediately as sole financial backer. He said he will not write another check after losing 24 000 this year and 34 000 over two years, while the club needs 8 000 to 10 000 to finish the season. A pair of plans were proposed including a group ticket and donation drive and a long range authority model to keep the club civic owned and non profit. Morrison to File Charges If No Special Prosecutor
Pima County Atty. Robert Morrison said he would file charges against Arizona Attorney General Fred Wilson if the board of supervisors does not appoint a special prosecutor.
