Storm To Miss Cape Hatteras
The Cape Hatteras area in North Carolina was advised to stay on alert as a hurricane with 140 mile per hour winds moves northward past Fernandina Florida. Forecasters expect the center to pass east of Cape Hatteras early Sunday with gale winds expected but full hurricane winds likely avoided.
