Assault Charge Dismissed for Lack of Probable Cause
Amado Sylves ley Molina 26 of 843 W 35th St had an aggravated assault charge dismissed by Justice Clark H. Johnson for lack of probable cause. The alleged incident outside 742 W Idaho St June 24 involved Molina pushing his grandmother, 83 year old Mrs. Josephine C Molina, who dislocated a wrist after falling on bricks. Uncle Jose Molina, at the same address, testified about intervening in a fight and the alleged push.

Baby Drowns In Kitchen Sink
LAKE AIR FORCE BASE Nine month old Laura Dwyer daughter of Airman JC and Mrs Thomas Do Dwyer of Litchfield drowned in a kitchen sink at a babysitters home. Deputies said Carol Ann Hicks 26 was caring for the child when the accident occurred she said she had been washing the infant and had drained the water from the sink and left the room for a moment. She said the baby apparently plugged the sink then fell face down.
