Hyksos Site Uncovered In Egypt

An Austrian team at Tel Ed Dabaa in Sharkiya Province near the Suez Canal has unearthed the richest Hyksos remains yet found in Egypt. Excavations led by Dr. Manfred Bietak reveal human and horse skeletons, mortuary items, daggers, and a scimitar dated to the era, with site potential as a major Hyksos capital or trade center.
