State To Fix Trailer Tax Status Soon
Phoenix August 2 The Maricopa county board of supervisors and the state highway department will meet to determine rules on taxing out of state house trailers. Arizona Trailer Park association argues state law exempts such vehicles if yearly tax is paid in their origin state. Deputy County Attorney A C Jones says trailer houses are vehicles and must be taxed as such upon entry. Trailers must register within 10 days of entering the state.
