The 23rd annual Tucson Livestock Show crowned Little Tam W, a Texas gelding owned by Philip Williams and ridden by Matt Rose, with 443 points for first prize of 1787. Nancy Bailey’s hay mare earned 440 for second while Calamity Jane claimed third with 1229. Arizona entries dominated halter classes as Do Wash and others shared honors. 60 prize finishers included eight winners from the event’s NCHA feature.
