Concannon not indicted in Polaris case
The Tucson Citizen reported that Polaris International Metals Inc. President James N. Concannon was not indicted by a grand jury. He was served a summons last November in a securities investigation and released on his own recognizance after a Superior Court appearance. The probe, after 14 months, led to the case being referred to the State Attorney General and Arizona Corporation Commission.
