Stolen car crash on Northeast Side leaves one dead
Andrew Waldenmeyer, 22, died at the scene after a car stolen in Green Valley struck a utility pole near E Tanque Verde Road and N Camino Cardo, about 6:30 a.m. Saturday. Ronald Clements and wife Susan, both 23, were hospitalized in Tucson in guarded or satisfactory condition. the driver is in satisfactory condition. A separate crash near Green Valley injured Ernestine Paredas, 55, while Dolores Cook, 35, was cited for failure to yield on I-19 overpass.
